Finding your perfect fit

If your Zensy Ring doesn’t feel quite right, you can swap it for another size. Here’s how.

Before you start

You can request a size exchange if:

• It’s within 14 days of receiving your ring
• The ring is unused and unworn, with no scratches or damage
• It’s in its original packaging, also undamaged
• You have your order number or proof of purchase

Exchanges are for a different size of the same ring only. We can’t exchange for a different colour or model, and size exchanges aren’t refunded.

How to exchange your size

1. Find your new size
A snug, comfortable fit helps your ring read your body accurately. If you’re not sure which size you need, our Ring Size Test Kit lets you try sizes at home first. Wear the test ring for a full day, since fingers change size with temperature and time of day.

2. Email us
Write to hug@zensyring.com with:

• Your order number
• Your current size and the size you’d like
• A photo of the ring and its packaging

Please don’t send your ring back until we’ve replied. Rings sent without an approved request can’t be accepted.

3. Wait for our instructions
Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send you the return address and next steps.

4. Send your ring back
Pack the ring securely in its original packaging. We recommend a tracked shipping service, since we can’t be responsible for parcels lost on the way to us.

5. Receive your new size
When your ring arrives, we’ll check its condition and send out your new size.

Good to know

• Shipping costs: You cover shipping both ways, for returning your ring and for sending your new size. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• One exchange per order: Once a ring has been exchanged, it can’t be exchanged again, so take your time choosing your new size.
• Condition check: If the ring doesn’t meet the conditions above, we’ll send it back to you at your expense.
• Your app and data: Your Soulie app account stays the same. You just pair your new ring.
