Zensy Product Protection Plan — Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: 23 August, 2026
Thank you for choosing the Zensy Product Protection Plan ("Plan"). Before purchasing this Plan, please review the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"), which set forth your rights and obligations. By purchasing the Plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not complete your purchase of the Plan.
1. Service Description
1.1 About the Plan
The Zensy Product Protection Plan is a product protection service offered directly by Zensy & Soulie Limited ("Zensy," "we," "us," or "our"). The Plan provides coverage for accidental damage and defects in materials or workmanship, helping you save on repair or replacement costs for your Zensy Smart Ring. The Plan is administered and fulfilled entirely by Zensy. Zensy is solely and directly responsible for evaluating and honoring all claims — no third-party insurer or warranty administrator is involved.
1.2 Scope of Application
(a) This Plan covers the following device(s): Zensy Smart Ring — Gen 1.
(b) This Plan applies exclusively to orders placed (i) through the Zensy and Soulie Kickstarter campaign, or (ii) directly on zensyandsoulie.com or zensyring.com, and, in either case, shipped to an address in Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, the United Kingdom, Australia, or New Zealand. For orders shipped to other regions, please contact hug@zensyring.com to verify eligibility before purchasing the Plan.
(c) This Plan applies only to the main unit of your Zensy Smart Ring. It does not cover accessories, including but not limited to charging docks, charging cases, and charging cables.
(d) This Plan is not intended for commercial use. You may not use this Plan for any purpose other than protecting your own device, including filing claims for devices owned by third parties not covered by this Plan. You may not sell or transfer any rights under this Plan. Any breach of this provision may result in immediate termination of the Plan.
1.3 Purchase Rules
(a) This Plan may only be purchased on the order page for the applicable product by selecting the "Add Product Protection" option (or equivalent) at checkout.
(b) This Plan must be purchased together with a brand-new Zensy Smart Ring, either as an add-on to your pledge on the Zensy and Soulie Kickstarter campaign or at checkout directly on zensyandsoulie.com or zensyring.com. It may not be purchased separately after the product has shipped. Zensy products purchased outside of these channels are not eligible for this Plan.

3. Claims Guide
3.1 How to File a Claim
Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, Zensy is responsible for evaluating and fulfilling all claims — for both accidental damage and product quality issues — during the coverage period. The process is as follows:
(a) Email the details of the issue, proof of purchase, and your ring's serial number (SN) to hug@zensyring.com. (To find your SN: App → "Me" → "Ring Settings" → "Serial Number.")
(b) For accidental damage claims, include a brief description of when, where, and how the incident occurred.
(c) The Zensy support team will respond within 3 business days.
(d) If Zensy confirms the issue is covered, we will provide instructions for returning the original device (e.g., a prepaid shipping label) and will arrange to ship a replacement device to you.
(e) Zensy may request additional documentation (e.g., photos, proof of purchase) or the return of the original device before approving a claim.
3.2 Claim Review
Zensy reviews claims in good faith against the coverage terms in Section 2. Zensy reserves the right to deny claims that fall within the exclusions in Section 2.2, that exceed the replacement limit in Section 2.3, or that involve incomplete or inaccurate information.
4. Contract Cancellation
4.1 Order Cancellation
If your underlying ring order is canceled, the cost of the Plan will be fully refunded. If you return the ring or cancel the Plan separately, Zensy will issue a pro-rata refund based on the time elapsed since the purchase date, less the value of any claims already fulfilled.
4.2 Termination of Coverage
This Plan terminates when any of the following occurs:
- The coverage Term expires;
- The replacement/compensation limit has been fully used;
- The underlying order is canceled or returned;
- You commit fraud, misrepresentation, or a material breach of these Terms;
- You voluntarily request to withdraw from the Plan and Zensy confirms the withdrawal.
5. Responsibility Allocation
5.1 Your Obligations
By purchasing the Plan, you agree to:
- (a) Keep your order information, email address, serial number, and proof of purchase safe;
- (b) Provide original proof of purchase for the covered product and the Plan;
- (c) Promptly report any problem or malfunction with the covered device;
- (d) Cooperate with any reasonable request for information, photos, or return of the device; and
- (e) Not submit false claims or intentionally damage the product — doing so is fraud and prohibited.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zensy, its employees, and agents shall not be liable to you or any subsequent owner of the covered device for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost data, lost use, or lost profits, arising from Zensy's performance of its obligations under this Plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zensy's total liability to you under this Plan shall not exceed the original purchase price of the covered device (excluding tax, shipping, and handling).
This Plan does not affect your other rights and remedies available under applicable consumer protection law.
6. Amendment to Terms
Zensy reserves the right to amend or adjust these Terms at its discretion. Any amendment will be posted on the Plan's page at zensyandsoulie.com/pages/product-protection or zensyring.com/pages/product-protection. Once posted, the revised Terms apply to services provided on or after the effective date of the posting; they do not retroactively reduce coverage already purchased under a prior version of these Terms for the remainder of its Term.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
